Julia’s ceramic art practice is rooted in a love of materiality and design. Julia was first drawn to the pottery wheel in high school, when she discovered that it is both meditative and refreshingly messy to work with clay. Her appreciation for handmade things drives her creation of functional pieces that others can enjoy in their daily lives.
